"Lowering the standards to raise approval" is not leadership, "it is over-throwing" isn't it?
The New Goal to set a record, as "for" the first record "that was" ever recorded.
Now that may not sound to familiar to those of you "at home" so I thought I would add the latest News...
.. from the Oval Office (no, strike that) The latest News from The White House(No, strike that too) The latest News about The White House(Strike that; No, No; No, that may have to comply with Rolling Stones Copy Right's), ...
..Read instead(Linked below in Yellow Text) : "The latest News From Yahoo!" (And discern...WORDING) : If the discern leads to a thought that President Obama's descision "to fire" a General after the specific interview with a RollingStone reporter, or journalist, (yes that was to "fire)(not just ignore)(not to re-assign), was a descision just one lower than the highest descision possible; that only descision higher than his releasement would too have been, to simply "resign from office" "The Office Of The President Of The United States Of America".
Then it seems to me that humble opinion or logical descision would be because of one of the following:
- descision is by the standards pre-set, up to that point in time.
- descision based on the rational used by the President, after the news aired, and after he fired the General, openly was by the standards pre-set (same standards as #1 still) .
- and concidering the specific subject of fault to be only within the Generals contexts, not the press, not the political fashion which opened the interview.

MORAL
He that hath an ear, let him hear.
I couldn't help to wonder what the "ask gunny" responders might relate, so I linked "all categories" .
Why you should -- NEVER ASK A GUNNY?
A young Marine officer was in a serious car accident, but the only visible permanent injury was to both of his ears, which were amputated. Since he wasn't physically impaired, he remained in the Marines and eventually rose to the rank of General. He was, however very sensitive about his appearance.
One day the General was interviewing three Marines for his personal aide.
The first was an aviator, and it was a great interview.
At the end of the interview the General asked him, "Do you notice anything different about me?"
The young officer answered," why yes, sir. I couldn't help but notice that you have no ears."
The general got very angry at the officer's lack of tact and threw him out.
The second interview was with a female Lieutenant, who was even better.
The General asked her the same question, "Do you notice anything different about me?"
She replied, "Well, sir, you have no ears."
The General threw her out also.
The third interview was with a Marine Gunny. He was articulate, looked extremely sharp and seemed to know more than the two officers combined (surprise).
The General wanted this guy, and went ahead with the same question, "Do you notice anything different about me?"
To his surprise the Gunny said, "Yes sir; you wear contact lenses."
The General was very impressed and thought, what an incredibly observant Gunny, and he didn't mention my ears.
"And how do you know that I wear contacts?", the General asked.
The sharp-witted Gunny replied,
"Well, Sir, at your age it's almost certain that you need some type of vision correction, and it's pretty hard to wear glasses with no "f***'ing ears".
