Mysterious rumors have stirred up about recent Executive Orders issued , none other than, by someone in the Executive Cabinet.
2012 Ellection candidates may recognise some potential similarities and therfore have some concern in reqaurds to close margins to Vote Ballot Counts; in the tally, of what comparison by what counts exactly; to say the least of what voters interests may be to understanding each candidates unique ability to act towards the quality of interpretations of rights and reasons in progress under the constitution and protection of what is within those limits.

As recent as 2011, The Huffington post has reported of the most Polluted Places On The Planet and  via comments on that post Earth Day 2011: World's Most Polluted Places (PHOTOS) dust from the Gobi Desert is all it is.
A "Spell Checked" "Dimpled Chad" should be more clearly defined by Candidates chosen clearly by "Write In". THen YES, "the "DIMPLED CHAD" could count.
To some citisens of a more common "inteligent intellect" a "dimpled chad" or "pregnant chad" could be simply a type of FISH.
Besides, Really, by the sound in way of that "either or" description is just, to say of some of our finest choice "dimpled or pregnant chad" appeals more to the pallet than concept of ballot... are any so eloquent...
...thefore within the possabilities of branch streams "of interests" , or failing "lack of interests"...
